What goes in what pocket

Front right 2 long tee's, 2 short tees, pitch repairer and ball marker. I use the right pocket because I don't take my glove off until I've finished the round and wouldn't be able to feel for what I wanted using the left pocket, as many seem to use.

Left pocket, nowt.

Back pockets, nowt.

Card goes in holder on trolley.

I think there should be something in the rules about this, it all seems a bit haphazard to me. Scorecard in a FRONT pocket, what is that all about?? :o

Tees, marker and repairer front right, glove front left and scorecard/yardage book back right. Anything else should be a 2 shot penalty or loss of hole
Isn't your card normally in the bin after 9 holes ?

Watching a bit of golf on the internet on my lunch break and noticed how the pros always put their glove in their back pocket. Only half tucked in - showing off the branding.

They get them free, they don't care if they lose them on the 8th hole. Hey, they even have another bloke to carry the spare gloves for them if they do lose one.

Do you think the caddy tells them if the branding is not showing out?

I don't think it's to do with branding. I also tuck it in that way with the fingers hanging out so they don't get all folded up and creased from being stuffed in the pocket 18 times.

Once I put my glove on its stays on as I put with my glove still on .
Right pocket one white tee and pitch repairer with ball marker
Back rear card and pencil.
Thats it.
If I break or lose my tee I replace it can't stand my pockets full of stuff.

never understood the logic of this TBH, maybe has some sort of meaning if you were going into a "specialist" club in Vauxhall:rofl:

Back left – my two castle tees tied together with cord, pitch mark repairer and sundry small tees in case I can’t find a broken one for par 3s.
Front right – selection of 9 or 10 tees of various sizes, spare pitch mark repairer, 7 or 8 pencils, provisional ball, 2 spare ballmarkers (main marker is on my cap).
Back right – wallet
Front left – spectacles, more pencils and a pen, packet of tissues.

This distribution is fine until the waterproofs go on. As soon as they go on, I remember that I should have removed the contents of back left trouser pocket to jacket left pocket and front right trouser pocket to jacket right pocket – manage to do this with great difficulty without removing waterproof trousers.

When this is done, the sun comes out, I take off the jacket, forgetting to zip up the pockets and everything ends up on the ground (it only has a short zip at the neck so it has to be removed like a sweater) so have to spend several minutes sorting items out to go in the appropriate back left or front right pockets.

On a showery day this process is repeated several times.

Marker, tees and pitch mark repairer in right hand pocket.

Scorecard and pencil sometimes in back pocket, but not for long as I prefer to store it in my trolley.

Left pocket for Ball between holes and also glove for when putting.

Almost identical except that scorecard is always in the bag.

scorecard & pencilin a wallet in back pocket
phone in the left if playing solo/the usual suspects, also glove when putting/chipping
marker, brush, pitch repairer, tees and whatever else in the right

Scorecard in the buggy
Pencil in the buggy
Spare Tees are in the buggy
Provisional ball is in the buggy
Smokes/lighter are in the buggy
Phone is in the buggy...

...there's a theme here

Glove, on hand

Pockets:
Wallet, rear pocket
Tee/pitch repairer (so the same item) front right, with a coin for marking
