Golf wise I got a new callaway cap, couple of books and the best surprise was about 3 dozen mixed balls from my daughter all decorated in egg boxes so sweet! Grand mother in laws dairy farm backs onto the golf course so now have a free supply of balls!! Don't know why I didn't think of this before!!

Most importantly had to count my fees as my Xmas pressie!!

Got the usual socks etc and some leather gloves! (I've no idea why)

Also got a copy of condorman on DVD, coolest present ever!!

6 x 30 min lessons and a 9 hole playing lesson. I will pick up a thermal under armour top amd a new waterproof coat during the sales. Club membership always counts in as birthday/xmas present as well.

I got the clic gear 3.0 in red as I was expecting, the suprise prezzie turned out to bea new ping DLX cart bag, very, very happy!

Also got aralph lauren golf polo from the father in-law, cant believe it fits!

I am looking at either the Clic gear 3.0 or the Stewart Z1.
What made you the Clic gear in particular?

I did fancy a Z1 originally after losing out to one in a charity auction on here in the summer, but the clic gear is better anyway imo, better storage space by the handle, holds 3 balls and still plenty of space, easier to fold out/together, and there are aridiculous amount of add ons too, easily attachable. Comes in more colours too i think. Will upload a piccie in a minute, its a big beast when its all set up.

i've not been to my mothers yet and the missus and i don't bother with prezzie's.can't afford to!!!

my mother usually goes overboard and spoils me even though i tell her not to and i'm expecting some golf stuff from her.the reason being that it's been 12yrs since i've played and she's over the moon i've taken it back up again.

Me and the Mrs also don't bother with each other at Christmas since the 2nd came along, would much rather spend the money on the kids and get enjoyment through that.

We didn't even get each other a token "wee" thing this year and the poor mutt lost out as well, not even a squeaky toy for him, feel so bad I'll be making a point of going into a pet shop tomorrow!
