That would've something for sure. How did you miss out?

Played with a guy on holiday in the Bahamas whose brother was a member, gave me his email address and invited me over for a game. Like a tool I lost the bit of paper

Augusta National probably just shades Muirfield and Trump Turnberry. Was going to say Royal County Down but good chance I'll be playing there either this year or the next!

I think the overall experience of Augusta beats any other course. Also it's probably the hardest course to get on. If I had a golden ticket that's where I'd be using it!

I actually know someone who has played Augusta. When he told me and described the experience I wasn't jealous.

Much!!

My ambition/wish is closer to home and more traditional. Royal Dornoch appears to have everything that I could wish for golfwise.

One day I will finally get myself up there.

I have always fancied a go on The Loch Lomond course where they held the Scottish Open for many years.

I've also always wanted to play there - looks like I'm finally getting the chance later this year. That's probably my most anticipated golf game of the year - more so than Trump or Birkdale that are also in the offing.

For the OP, however, it's a cliche but it probably has to be Augusta, just because of its iconic status and difficulty to get on.

Ever since I first saw the PGA coverage of it I've always wanted to play Riviera, I know it's not one of the top ranked courses in the world.
I would particularly love to try playing that 10th hole.

i play with two guys who have played it and both described it as a bit of a field apart from a few holes.

For me, Pine Valley, Cypress, National Golf Links of America, Sand Hills, Bandon, Streamsong, Barnbougle Dunes and Cape Kidnappers would all be on the list. And Royal Ascot, of course.
