What constitutes a new swing?

On many posts here I have seen people saying they have a new swing and it's working/not working/will work/won't work. Personally I have never had a new swing in my mind, just tweeked my old swing so it works better or worse, but never a from-the-ground-up new swing or does a tweek here and there mean it's a new swing?

When I picked up golf again this year the swing I had looked and felt very different to how it was when I was playing and getting frequent lessons.

Now I have lessons with a different pro my swing looks and feels different again.

I still think the swing is "my" swing and its not new, its just improved. I only have one swing... my swing!

I'd say a new swing is when you consciously try and make an effort to change your swing in a radical new way! But hey, one mans new swing is another mans tweak I suppose..
