This is the Fade my friend, can be caused by lots of different things. With out a cause, I cant give you a solution. Would really need to see your set up, swing etc.

Ever thought about filming your swing at the range, you can always post it on here for everyone to have a look at. You'll get some good, free advice!

You're not necessarily doing anything "wrong" as you put it. Very few people hit the ball dead straight. As long as your ball isn't out of control. ie. A slice.
Monty plays with a fade as did Nicklaus.

If it is only a slight movement to the right it is a fade. A big banana shaped shot is a slice. The slice would be the bigger worry and could be caused by grip, alignment or most likely from hitting over the top on the way down.

As others have said without seeing your swing it is impossible for any forum member to give you a definitive answer. If it is a huge issue, I'd suggest a quick 30 minute lesson with a pro to check the fundamentals

Have a look at the BBC sport website, go to the golf bit then the skills section then the link called 'Why does my ball do that?' Click on fade and it will give you some simple advice on what is happening with your swing.

As others have said it could be any sort of problem that is causing it but it may be worth trying to make sure that you are clearing your hips at the start of the downswing and also as a bit of a drill try and feel like you are swinging your hands close to your body on the downswing as this should stop you hitting it right. It worked for me anyway. Stick a video on and someone will point you in the right direction.
