Due to Missis T not being 100 %, we are having to cancel this months trip to Portugal. Bogged off is an understatement, but in the context of things as long as she gets back to her bossy moaning self life is sweet. After all Happy wife = happy life.

Anyway ave told her we will go away somewhere but knowing her she would want me to take my bats to try and play a round.

So any suggestions for a midweek stay and play in the country but ( near a city ) would be greatly appreciated.

Good shout, although the weather is crap. Aberdeen is also a good shout but the locals are mental.

Come down to sunny Wiltshire and stay at Bowood or Castle Combe. Lovely countryside and Bath and Bristol nearby for some city sightseeing
