Guys I know we are getting less and less each week, but let`s try and keep it going!!

Start weight 17st 11lbs

Last week - 16st 9lbs
This week - 16st 6lbs

started 18st 6lb

today 17st 13

start 19st 6lb but went up to 19st 10lb

biked 60 miles this week ,but its paying off, next is gonna be a bad week got the week off and its cheltenham festival, 3 day golf trip up to silloth and close house so expect to put abit on

well done boys and keep it up
 
I seemed to have levelled out around 15 5. Thats still 11 pounds or so off from the start.

I must re focus on this as I intend to get down to 200 pounds this year.

i'm hoping for some movement this week,i'm going to watch my diet and see how i get on.i'm not long back from a 6.6 mile run so hopefully a minimum 3 mile run each night and a longer one on saturday,i'm aiming for a 7 miler.
 
I'm not playing right now because I've been studying for an exam and for the last week have been eating a student diet :(

Still, my exam is tomorrow so after that I can go back to cardboard and rabbit food for tea :D
