Tell me about it. This week weather glorious, but on-call so no golf, not even the driving range. Next week, not on-call, weather probably going to be pants.

Doesn't look good for the weekend started here last night a brief respite this morning but the Gavin's are going to be tested for captains day tomorrow. :(

Strange thing weather.

It's supposed to have been raining in the Stoke-on-Trent area since Wednesday night.

We've had a few drops here and there but nothing substatial. Had some late evening and a little overnight, but so far today dry.

That said I'll pack my waterproofs for tomorrow......... Just in case.

Good.......... If I can't play, then I want you all to struggle too.... I hope that the rain is biblical and the wind howling...

My issue is I cant ever get a decent, reliable forecast! :( As has been said its supposed to be rain here most of the week and its now a lovely day!!! Tomorrow rain all day and Sunday a bit of both but Im still not sure what will turn up! Pack for all eventualities and consider emigrating to Southern France I think....Ive had it with this countries crap forecasts and weather in general.

You do know its a conspiracy. The forecasters do actually know what is going to happen as they get the forthcoming weeks weather sent through every Monday morning in a joint email from God and Lady Diana.

But sometimes they tell a few porkies just to screw with people who get very upset about very inconsequential and irrelevant things, such as if there's a bit more rain than forecast or not. Like the Daily Express. And they are this very moment laughing their heads off.
