Waterproofs dilemma

i bought a GG setup earlier this year, and it is excellent. bone dry in torrential rain. get what you pay for i guess.
 
proquip pqlite... as the name they are light, quiet and do the job nicely. I also find them a very good fit. got mine on ebay for £65 the set brand new

Sod getting GG unless you want the name factor!
 
I use both Proquip and Footjoy and I'm very please with both. I did buy a Galvin Green waterproof top a couple of years ago but sold it on Fleabay a week later as it didn't fit the cut of my jib. :o (20 years of playing rugby.... lots of pies and even more pints!)

Galvin Green garments do appear to be target for the slimmer fit.

That's odd, as being tall and thin, I have always found GG to be for short fat people.
