Washing golf shoes??

I would seriously advise not doing this!

If they are that bad, a good clean outside and some new insoles (get them from any half decent shoe/sports shop) and they'll be as good as new.

If you do change the insoles, maybe air them a bit outside if it's dry without any insoles in before. But I certainly wouldn't put them in the washing machine.

What next? Swapping recipes???? Knitting clubs and patterns!

Pfffffffffffffffft!

Anyway I've got dishes to wash! ;)

I used to put my (white) trainers in the wash every now and then.
They come out really nice but too many times (3 or 4) and they fall apart. That was on a hot(ish) wash though so you'll probably be ok on cold.

I suspect the OP will return to say he's delighted and they never looked so good.

I washed some £80 stylos in my washing machine once. They more or less self disintegrated over the next month or two. Binned them in the end.

Said before we put ALL our trainers, golf shoes in machine once every few months. Ecco/Nike/Adidas golf shoes all been in 2/3 times and come out like new - dry slowly and cream up

lol now now craw.you should know the beating shoes take with the weather up at skelmorlie :P

Should invest in a dishwasher :P

Anyway back on topic.

Came out fine.
Smell isnt quite away but its better than they were.

Il see how long they last.

Never dried them on radiator.

Stuffed them with paper and left them in the garage
