Volvo Matchplay Part 2.

JJF69 and thecraw marched into the semi-finals of their draw in comprehensive fashion last night.

5&4 was the winning margin despite giving 7 and 8 shots respectively. Douglas Park is a decent track however sadly the greens had just been pencil cored that day making the putting a bit of a lottery at times. Despite that JJF holed a dam fine footage of putts including a cheeky pitch in birdie two.

Both of us played OK where we ham and egg'd rather well and were never both out of a hole together. One down after one, halfed the second then it was a run of 7 wins on the bounce to reach the turn in 6up!!!!

Team GM have another pair safely through.

Bring on JF and StuartD. Thats my cry!!!

The craw was back played some really nce stuff and holed some crucial putts. Good doubles performance
