We've (not part of the GM crew as we'd already entered) been drawn away against a pairing playing off 4 and 8, might have to have a knock round the away course in the next week or so.

Entered off my own back and i've got an away draw against a 9 (5 shots to give). He plays at Eaton which is about 4/5 miles away and I know it reasonably well so it should be interesting.

In my singles I'm away to a 15 h/c from Barkway Golf club.

In the pairs, Murph and I are away to a 15 and 5 h/c from Berkhamsted. At least we won't have to worry about bunkers!!

Murph, I'm thinking we should scare them off with a nice garish pink ensemble.....what say you?

Have a home draw against an 8 handicapper from Lamberhurst GC in Kent.
Quite a tough course in places so I reckon he should be pretty handy.
Just need to check to see if I can change my "home" club before I play my first round as I can in the HowDidiDo competition.
I'm a bit embarrassed to take anybody up to Boars Head

I don't even get a password reminder sent to me, then again I don't remember registering in the first place as I was a GM entrant.

Yeah. I had difficulties. I had to get a password reminder sent to me twice (I don't remember registering either) before anything other than a blank password arrived. Once a sensible password did appear it wasn't a problem, though.
