Video Software

Can anyone recommend some video software to me.

All I really want is to be able to step through a video frame-by-frame instead of double-clicking on a play button trying to start and stop it quickly.

I don't necessarily need to draw lines on the screen but it would be nice if such a thing exists in a Lite/free version.

Bobs rec is good. I used this earlier this year and it's good. If somewhat frightening to see your swing in such detail. (It was in my case!)

QuickTime and Windows Media Player both let you do this, don't they? In QuickTime just use the left and right arrow keys after clicking the time-slider. In WMP you have to hold shift or shift/ctrl and hit the left right arrow keys.

They're what I always use.
