You don’t have to listen to his rubbish and when you do hear it you can just dismiss it…as the rubbish it is - or even better just don’t process it. Seems like this guy is living in the groups collective head ‘rent free’…that needn’t be the case. The more the group discusses the annoying one and what they can do about him, the deeper inside the group conscience does he get.

Same when I first joined. Had to have a quick chat with the general manager. This time they just took my money, maybe because I had been a member for 8 years previously though.
