I am guessing it would have to be under the two club lengh rule as there would be no reason to with the other options, but yes you could although the releif from a staked tree is one club from nearest point of releif so you wold have to make sure you were not putting it back near were you started, If you use it properly you could end up with 4 or 5 club lenghs releif.

Interesting question...

Here's my stab at the ruling...You have two (I think) goes at dropping so that the ball is playable and then you can place it. By dropping it by a staked tree, the ball is still not playable and so you would have to place the ball in a playable position.

I would suggest that, therefore, you couldn't drop it by the staked tree and receive further clubs' lengths relief.

I haven't looked it up but this is my guess.

PENALTY drop for unplayable ball - 2 club lengths from nearest point of relief, or back in line from where the ball lies on a direct line to the pin, or replay from original position of shot.

FREE drop from staked tree - 1 club length from N P of R.

I thought unplayable ball was 2 club lengths from the ball, regardless of whether or not it gets you out of trouble? (or the other 2 options mentioned).

Am I wrong?

No you're quite right. If that then puts you near a staked tree then you get your one club length from NP o R
