It's not difficult to find amusement (or consternation - depending on your perspective) in all four of those examples. (e.g. 'The Greens Team have defined specific areas on some holes as GUR and an abnormal course condition.')
One of them has quoted an entire passage from the pre-2019 Rules (including pre-2019 Rule number) and passed it off as a Local Rule.
The thing that strikes me most about all of them, however, is that none have sought to adopt or adapt the wording of the Model Local Rules.
