Asked for my favourite, a leg of mince. Sadly its turkey for us but managed to persuade HID to get a pork joint too.

Not a huge one for us, just one family meal at 9 lb

A real struggle to stuff the blooming thing, only left now to kill and pluck it!

I suggested something other than Turkey for us this year. Fortunately the swelling is going down! So it is Turkey although a small one this year, it should only take a day and half to cook. The sprouts went on Monday.
