I would advise anyone with these refillable ones to keep an eye on move with legislation and regulation of the e-cigs. I can picture the liquid becoming highly controlled due to the risks it may pose. Especially in volumes and strengths it can currently be purchased.

Of course a more cynical person could believe that any future legislation would have more to do with lost tax revinue, rather than health concerns.
Nearly a million users now i believe in the UK. Thats alot of lost tax. ;)

Well this has triggered me to have a go! my bro designed a website for his boss who's sideline is importing all this jazz from the US. so my bro has a sample unit i am picking up tomorrow! only been smoking 21 years, should be a walk in the park!

I had been smoking for over 30 yrs until i picked one of these up. In 2 yrs i've cut down from the highest strength (36 mg) to 4 mg. To be honest Rooter its been remarkably easy. I rarely get cravings now, and regularly spend all night in the pub without getting the e-cig out.
Go for it people you wont regret it. Good luck.

PS GIBBO dont be in too much of a rush to cut down. If you do it gradually you dont know your doing it. Much easier.

I used electronic cigarettes (cig-air) for about 18mths and it helped me to quit. I haven't touched any type of cigarette now for about 2 years.

If I knew they were 100% safe I would probably still be using them now. The jury is still out because they are new and un-regulated but regulation is coming.

Cost wasn't an issue because the owner of cig-air is a good friend of mine and I didn't have to pay for them:thup:

I am in no rush BPM, I just reckon I can ut it down again soon as I am already using it less and not getting any cravings inbetween.

John_R7 I get 15ml bottles but just found out a bloke local is doing them 3 for a tenner, might be crap and tbh I am happy @ £6.50 as its still massively cheaper than cigs and I actually enjoy vaping more. I ran out and had to goto a local stall in the shopping center.... £10 a bottle, robbing git.

 Its a shame they didn't have these things 20 yr ago.
Notice you like cherry. Try mixing it with menthol. Its like smoking tunes, great when you get a sniffle.
