Just wondering if anyone has ever done one of these and if they felt and benefit from it. I have seen Peter finch's latest video and also the me and my golf series on this but keen to hear any forum stories about it.

Ive had it done twice the initial one was to find my range of motion in various positions and balance then again 2 months later to see if the exercises i had been doing had worked. It was an eye opener into how bad certain ranges of motion where.
I would give it ago and see how you go,very worthwhile

Considering doing this myself. Thought about it a couple years ago but never got round to it. Found someone 10 mins away that does it and considering giving them a call, looking at improving overall range of moment to help improve my game.

For £50 it seems like a good investment.

Yeah they did, most can be done at home which is a good thing . It did open my eyes about the way i did my gym sessions, i spent more time doing the hamstring ,glute and rotational exercises than lifting weights. Im lucky that the TPI instructor i use is 10 mins away as well so very handy.

Have a look at Jason Glass on Youtube he does a rotational exercise session it lasts for 35 mins and is very good.
