I have the PW and 7 iron.Not really had problem hitting the PW.
The 7 iron I struggle with, not due to shaft lean/downward strike but more to do with my strike being so bad(I sway/move around a lot in my swing
) and the face being so small. Not used it for quite a while apart from half swings.
Son has problems hitting with them, as he tends to be a flicker.
