Titleist 910H owners

How do you go about contacting titleist about this? Both my new (1 month old) hybrid and driver (14 months old) have this issue, more so my hybrid (Which is exactly the same spec as yours)

To stay on thread.
My 1 month old 910H has the serial on the halogrammed sticker

I just went to the contact us part of the titleist website and sent them a contact form from there

Mine has a serial number on the head just below where the shaft attaches. I got it about 4 weeks ago as acustom fit direct from Titleist

Did Titleist come back to you yet Steve? They came back to me in 20 mins when I checked this issue out. I did not have a hologram on the shaft or the head, it was a pro shop model and that told me it was a real club. (Steve know about this hence me not posting till now)

For what it's worth, the serial number on the shaft hologram is different to the one stamped on the head, also, the serial number on the head\hosel of all my clubs is the same presumably relating to my order number rather than the individual clubs.

It seems the 6 digit code on the clubhead is not a serial number as such but identifies the club was a custom fit order, rather than being a stock item bought from a shop

Leaves me slightly confused in that the shaft in the hybrid I bought is an upgrade so would still expect the code lol. Have asked them to check the serial number on the shaft to see if sheds further light.

At a guess, Ive bought a genuine club which has since bought had a shaft upgrade

Mine wasn't custom fit order, on saying that I tried the demo at the range, then ordered it with a stock shaft the same as the demo club . So it was an order I suppose but nothing was custom about it.

im sure there is a law somewhere that states all items made worldwide must have some sort of serial number or batch code number incase you need to chase up any problems.

For example, if a batch where not sprayed correctly, they could recal the batch. How can titleist recal any faulty items without a batch number or serial number,

Im finding this very hard to beleive.

Fundy, ive got the full range, D,F & H. All of mine have a code on the head just by the screw. Driver was bought nov/december time and the rest in january. Hope this helps

My Callaway irons came through the Custom Fit process via Snainton - they have no serial number.
It's a myth that all clubs have one.
And just because it has one, doesn't guarantee it's genuine - a serial number can be copied from one found in a shop....

Well if its a fake its a very very good one :)

Managed to hit it a few times today (on 1 and 1/2 legs lol) and happy with it, decent penetrating ball flight and plenty of carry despite being on the most lofted setting, will mess about with the settings a bit when fully fit again :)
