Firstly: biscuits surely go soggy in the fridge?
Secondly: chocolate needs to be at room temperature to be at its best.

Firstly : Biscuits DO NOT go in the fridge.
Secondly : Biscuits SHOULD NOT have chocolate on them.
Oh, and there's a Thirdly.
Thirdly : Phil's correct, dark chocolate is just evil.
If my wife is away for more than 24 hours I go completely feral. Dishes pile up, takeaway cartons and beer bottles all over the place.News that gladdens the heart:
My wife is just out of (replacement knee) theatre and sounding chirpy, "which is nice".
(Remember that?)
Followed by:
"But there's no visiting tonight, love".
I had to suppress my fist in the air "Yesss!!" and say "Aww!"
I admit it. I'm a cad.
Your secondly is pure madness. Madness I tell you. The beauty of a Hob Nob is so enhanced with the addition of Chocolate to be unrecognisable...

Good stuff! Looks perfectly cooked too!
Rich tea are not biscuits.
I think they are more of a cracker because with a thick smear of butter and a slice of strong cheddar they are pretty passable.I smother them in that biscuit spread stuff - then they're biscuits. Or maybe that makes them sweet crackers...
