Anyone else quite happy to see Barcelona turned over last night?
For me the plaudits they took for beating an average Arsenal team were overdone.
Put someone with some tactical nous up against them and suddenly it's not so easy to play the silky football they're famed for. Keep Messi quiet and they're not the same threat.
Well done Inter and Jose M. As Inter haven't won the European Cup since 1965 I would like to see them do it this year. A great club overshadowed by their red and black Milanese neighbours in Europe anyway for a long time.

Hope Inter can win over the 2 legs.

Weird as it was a game that follows the same SIMPLE recipe that you should employ in any game - close them down, don't give them time on the ball.

Barcelona were not allowed the time or space to play, someone was coming to the ball at all times.

He told Barca to stop crying over the penalty claim cos 'his boys' at Chelsea were done out of a few pens by Barca last year in the semi.

'His boys' , interesting quote as he wasnt at the club at the time. Maybe he wants back in again....

As a Chelsea fan, would love to see Jose back at the Bridge, particularly if Ancelotti doesn't bring the league title back. If not Jose, then definitely Guus!

However as a football fan, I would prefer to see Barca win the Champions League as some of the stuff they play is sublime. Even though it is 3-1 (and as good as Jose is on the tactical front) I still think Barca will progress as I don't think Inter are good enough to keep them out at the Camp Nou.

For me it will be a Barca Lyon final, with Barca taking the honours in a very entertaining final!

I think the fact that Barca got the away goal is important. I'm not sure though if they ca keep Inter out so they may end up having to cahse a 3-1 at the Nou Camp for extra time. I think Bayern will be too solid for Lyon.

I think Jose is the 2nd best manager in world football right now after Roy Hodgson and it would be great to see him back with Chelsea especially if he could wind Fergie up again before he retires.

I think this was a tongue in cheek comment. He's made it clear that he doesn't think much of the Italian media and there's no love lost between him and Barca so I reckon he's on the wind up. :p
