Had a game with the boys today and I don’t think I’ve ever struck the ball so well.

Admittedly it was off the yellows which I’ve not played from for a while at least 3 months. Gross 68, 3 under par and SSS, 4 birdies and only one bogie.

If only I could play like that with a card in my pocket, hit form at the right time, no comps for 2 weeks now, might need to find an open somewhere.

The secret…

One of the guys I play with pulls a funny face while hitting his shots, so we were taking the pee out of him and doing the same… works a treat especially with the driver.

I have one for putting - not mentionable here but she approves - that works pretty well and it's occasionally a Driver one.

I believe it's a tension eliminater. The swing just flows naturally.
