And living in AG at Watford.
Yours for £329

And I can confirm it looks horrible. To me anyway.
Hideous.
They had the Superfast Driver and the hybrids too.

Yes there is a contrast between the head and the face - but you can't see the face. It's overwhelmed by the head. Good luck to all those who will buy it. I hope you do hit it further and straighter - there has to be a plus side to it.

Re: The R11 ia alive....

Would love the Superfast but will not be buying it this year.

Re: The R11 ia alive....

I had a look at them at AG at the driving range last night. Can't say I'm particularly taken with the look of them. But then again, if I was choosen to do the recent fitting day, I would cope!

I had a look at all the other drivers in there, and my overall impression was that these things are huge.

The R11 is "small" with only a 440cc head

I wasn't overly taken by the look of it initially, but you soon forget it's white.

This means that the next TM driver (R12?) will be 460cc.

I fear i am becoming increasingly cynical in my old age

Re: The R11 ia alive....

How can it be "massive", if it's limited to 460cc then it's 460cc . I will say the 09 burner does give the impression of a larger volume head with it's tear drop shape

I don't think so. Wasn't it TM that released the R9 initially as a 440cc head, but 3 months later released a 460cc version?

Re: The R11 ia alive....

To quantify the 'massive' comment, I am refering to how it looks at address, and the sole of it.

460cc might look quite small as a cube, but flattened and squished, it could look quite big from some angles.

Exactly, the burner is effectively squashed and stretched

Re: The R11 ia alive....

Why, in this age of financial hardship, would anyone pay £329 for a club when you can pick up one that's equally as good for just over £100??? ;)

And a small pot of white paint for a couple of quid. ;)

Re: The R11 ia alive....

I totally agree. In fact you can pick up the 08 Burner for £80 or less in AG's sale. Brilliant club that I think originally went to £200+

I haven't seen the R11 in the flesh and to be honest I'm not overly interested. I did like the look of the Superfast burner though and would be keener to try that (and assuming that isn't silly money) than the R11

AG telford has got them and if you tip them a theatrical wink its yours for £299. Not sure how AG can sell them before their offical release date.
