Lahiri lost out in a playoff last year, and he’s heading for another playoff… Must be torturous!
There was a huge playoff at Deal a few years back iirc?

Following Harry Hall group for 1st 18
HH so cool , just playing like he’s with his mates
Lahiri can putt , seems approachable as well.
Then followed Tom Sloman but unfortunately couldn’t capitalise on a good 1st round
Course was in fantastic condition as well.

Frazer Jones from my neck of the woods has qualified on 7 under, watched him come up through the junior ranks in the county.

As a Kirby Muxloe member I am delighted for him.
When he topped the leaderboard at Regional Qualifying I thought he had done very well but if I'm honest I did think Final Qualifying might prove a step too far for a young amateur in view of the quality of those coming in at that stage.
But I'm really happy for him to prove me wrong .

Fair play to Finch, pretty decent showing and can be fairly pleased id say . The likes of Westwood are next level compared to what he faced in regional.

That really would have been something if they had both made it through and after the first round it did look a possibility
Sadly it wasn't to be but that doesn't alter the fact that we are very proud of both of them.
Following on from Charlie Ford, Jason Palmer and Greg Eason and like them fine young men.
