Hi everyone - conditions out here are very windy. They say it will lighten up but the course is playing very long...

Heard a rumour Harrington is having a nightmare with his driver. Supposedly going through loads of different ones at the range?

Windy conditions are looking good for Tiger / Sergio.

Interesting, this could play into the hands of the more versatile shot making players with particular reference to those from the UK such as Harrington, Mcilroy, Mcdowell, Casey, Poulter etc- rather than the American target golf brigade. It will be interesting to see how the likes of Anthony Kim hold up in testing weather conditions- he has the length to get round the course but can he keep the ball below the wind / hold it up against the breeze? I can't wait to find out

Whatever the impact I am sure the wind will only add to the drama.

He probably doesn't expect to be in there, but would want to know how the ball comes off them.

So how strong is the wind. Is it as bad as Houston or just a one club breeze? I think it makes sense to hit off the needles as most Europeans never see those sorts of lies
