I'm not a fan of those who've chosen a blue shirt with the green jacket. Looks awful. Hideki and Sergio have got it right, white shirt and green tie to match the jacket.

Are the ties in any way connected to anything other than personal choice? I would think they are all just choice…

I imagine all of these are so many years removed from having any kind of connection to a ‘home’ (having tenuous) club, but I wondered if their ties were golf club related….they look bad enough to be

Well club blazers do look a bit knobish

But I’m sure I would not mind looking like that if I won one $4million would soften the blow, I’d even wear a nice tie and black socks

I know it was last year, but this image is possibly my favourite golf photo ever. Very possibly because I have a daughter who plays golf and know eactly what it's like when you get to share that moment of unrestrained joy.
