Thanks @Imurg and @Ethan - looks like Gerrard’s Cross don’t take visitors on a weekend and Harleyford only PM (decent county card rate at £55 though!).

Will make a note of both for next time able to play midweek / weekend PM. Cheers (y)

Yup, Harleyford offer a CC rate. If you give them a call there may be a twilight too. The same may apply for Burnham Beeches, although it’s not advertised.

FYI Lambourne mention a twilight, but it’s under the member guest fees section, so may not apply to visitors. GX twilight just got hiked by a tenner to £52, but CC is £50. No info on whether it’s available at weekends.

Thought I'd give a quick review of the 3 course we played, after all the great recommendations on this thread.

The Lambourne
The first of the 3 courses we played. It had a very high end feel driving up past the impressive looking 17th tee to the clubhouse. A warm welcome from fellow members and the professional, who spent a good 10mins chatting through the course and things to look out for. Without any massively standout holes, the par 3s were great and we thoroughly enjoyed the course that was in fantastic condition (particularly the greens), especially with not being overtly hard off the yellows (for a mid handicapper). Lovely bar, with a grass terrace by the 9th and 18th greens and clubhouse, would happily play again in a heartbeat.

Burnham Beeches
Similar to the Lambourne, this felt quite elite (some amazing houses nearby) if a little more old school (in terms of the clubhouse). Enjoyed a great club sandwich before the round that was exceptional value for money, surprisingly. The course was scorched in places (this was 3 weeks ago when we'd got very hot weather), though still played very well, with not many parallel holes and couple of fun elevated tee shots. Didn't play as well as Lambourne (must've been the 2 pints of Moretti beforehand), but, would recommend to anyone and similarly, was a welcoming and friendly place.

Flackwell Heath
This had mixed reviews beforehand and our playing group was similar. The front 9 was very hilly and sloping, to the extent balls were landing in the middle of the fairways and rolling into the rough, with the dry weather and rock solid ground. This didn't detract from the experience, but, on a hot day, did make it feel a bit of a slog at times early. Still a really enjoyable round and much easier back 9, which on a Saturday in summer for £50 teeing off at 10am, can't be sniffed at, though I personally wouldn't put in the same bracket as the former 2 courses.

Looking forward to a similar trip next year and hope to play the likes of Beaconsfield, Huntercombe, Temple and Gerrard's Cross :)
