She's a narcissist, she'll never retire. She'll slink off for a year or so and try again. Nailed on!

I think the crux of it all is she missed the boat before the Lionesses become good and won things. She can't handle she missed out and has a lower profile.

Forest maybe looking to get Frank in then ASAP
I am genuinely interested on the opinions of the Forest fans on this?
From the outside it looks like a basket case of a club but for those who go/watch regularly and follow things more closely than me is it just a desperate attempt to stay up?
Would a decent manager be put off by the hire and fire season they are having?

It's weird.

Last season, they played very well, and if you ignore owner antics, could have been one of the most stable clubs in PL? Even some Forest fans would laugh at the circus of Man Utd.

This season, about to hire their 4th manager and fighting relegation.

Was going to say I wonder whether Gibbs White is happy he stayed. Although his other option was Spurs, so hard to know if it was a good decision.

You can definitely see the fear for a number of clubs right now. All West Hams fault 🤣.

I'm surprised that Dyche hasn't worked at Forest. I thought fans would tire of his style of football within a couple of years but I expected them to be safe. Has the injury to Chris Wood been central to their recent problems or is it more than that?

Im obviously not a Forest fan, but the way they stuck it to everyone last year I liked their play and wanted them to make it.
This year though, I am sick of their actions and almost becoming entitled. I hope they get relegated now to show their owner that constant right hand actions dont give you stability and long term success.

Forests issue comes down to their owner

No doubt he did well getting them into Prem

Then they had a settled team and manager and did well

Then the owner became front and centre with his actions - he ruined the relationship with his manager

And now look where they are now - they are the masters of their own downfall and you won’t find many being sympathetic of the club and because of the owner

Roy Keane on Spurs, when discussing on them being one of the top clubs (this week's Overlap):

"We (pundits) are to blame, always feel like Spurs will bring something to the party. But they just end up going home by themselves"

Incidentally, big Ange is next week's guest (but film this week). Frank being sacked was breaking news on this week's show that they film first, so they decide to bring in Ange to discuss the sacking. Not got to that bit yet, but might be interesting.

Yes and no. The nature of it is such that managing a club like Forest results in a worst case scenario of an in contract sacking and a massive payoff.
I would hope that a manager would get more support from an owner or board than Dyche and Nuno received.
I would be asking a lot more questions of some of the players this season rather than the numerous managers.
I’m reluctant to blame Marinakis but I would like to see us with a settled manager and players who look like they’re having to compete for a place on the teamsheet.

I’m surprised at the timing to be honest, your next 3 games are Fenerbache twice with LPool in between.

The new guy will have nothing to lose, working with the same players and almost gets a free hit.🤷‍♂️

Surely sticking with Dyche for at least those 3 games would of made more sense.
