Now I didn’t watch the game so I don’t know how it went but a week ago I said the only team at the moment that could challenge Liverpool was Chelsea. And I was told point blank that Chelsea were rammel.
So was it a one off performance or what.

Far too many mistakes by both teams .
Chelsea played better than us they looked dangerous we didn’t.

Didn't watch the game but have seen that Chelsea won it very late.
I'm curious, how did Salah and Wirtz play?
What was the game like?

Salah was really poor , I mean really poor , was given a good number of chances and didn’t even hit the target , Wirtz did ok , some great touch’s just not up to speed with the prem

Game was entertaining , stunning strike from Caicedo who is hell of a player

Salah has looked off it since February really. I do wonder if the new deal and not selling him to Saudi might've been a mistake. Then again, they would still probably pay a fortune for him given his reputatiion.

Liverpool have been poor overall all season but results seem to be catching them up now. Still in a good positon but Slott needs to show he can build his own side, rather than smartly tweek Klopp's side like he did last season.

I can only recall 1 great touch 🤔

The international break is at a good time

Got to get a settled line up , been a lot of changes but that doesn’t help the poor touches and basic mistakes that’s happening

Some key weeks coming up but a long way to go yet

We just had that discussion in the clubhouse.

Last year was Klopps team no new players.

Some of Slots subs have left us scratching our heads.
Sob did well when we needed him at RB but Frimpong was bought by Slot Whats warming the bench doing for him?

Leaving Salah on for 90 mins is shocking imo and proves when he dosnt score he’s abysmal.
Won’t press, won’t tackle ,won’t track back. Gives the ball away a lot.

Salah was abysmal.

Wirtz didnt start. In about the 85th minute I went on my app to see if he had come on in some of the recent changes. Apparently he came on at half time. I genuinely had no idea he had already been on the pitch for the last 40 minutes

In fairness, arsenal are top and can't be ignored. They seem more consistent than Chelsea but as always, time will tell.

Didn’t know Liverpool result till I’ve just browsed on here . I see comparisons with City last season. City were undefeated I think in to October but we scraped through games , winning in last 5mins ect but not playing well. Some of the fans put it down to it down to “ what Champions do “ some knew we weren’t the team we had been , and in the end we wasn’t . Liverpool might go on and win the league and I won’t be surprised if they do , but there are fragility’s.
