If you ask me, Liverpool need to forget about Isak and buy some Polish builders to shore up their defense.

Think a lot of the players needed that night to help them through the grieving process- there is no doubt that it affected the players and the pictures and videos show that
To hear Diogos song constantly through the night hit the players at the end , Mo and Ibou were massive friends of his especially Ibou who roomed with him and shared rides etc - it’s going to be a hard season for them and it does show how close as a group the players get
As for the football - well that’s a way to start the season , it had the lot , too open at times but some electrifying play from both teams
It’s a shame an disgusting idiot tried to ruin it , from reading what fans were saying near him the guy acts like a backwards idiot in games and embarrasses them and I’m glad that Semenya went on to play like he did to stick two fingers up to the racist idiot - the guy was removed at half time by police and hopefully won’t be inside a stadium again

I saw this and to be honest I would let him go. Pep once said “ he reminds me of Phillip Lahm”. He is a decent player, but is a bit light when it comes to defending.

That’s true of a lot of PL teams imo.
They back off far to much and don’t face anyone up until they get to the 18 yd line
A lot of them are not very good defenders they are more ball playing / defenders now.
But your right that was very poor especially Konate.

I think if that had been a different side the counter gets stopped in the Bournemouth half with a tactical/professional foul. The player gets a yellow but they get the team back into shape.
I’m not saying that’s right but I don’t think a Rodri type player lets the break happen.

Yes he was suspended but someone should have been taking responsibility and stopped the attack before it got going.
The important thing though is digging out the win.
The end of the season them 3 points count the same as a 6-0 win.
