What a cracking game of football....both sides giving it everything.
England the better side for most part but the Germans do what the Germans do and are rarely out of a game. Ultimately though I think they were a little bit tactically limited...get the ball out to Nebel to see if he could pick out Woltemade or cause any sort of defensive chaos. But the England back line were resolute and defended magnificently.
Well deserved. A proper tournament team...a bit languid in the group stages but grew and got better every match.

Will be interesting to see what Elliot does now.
