For me, the firestick is garbage.

Not sure if it is an Internet issue, but the game normally always freezes, blips back in time. I often need to switch channels to find the game somewhere else. I thought it might be an Internet issue, but never happens when streaming football on Amazon Prime. I only got it temporarily, as there was an issue with my Sky connection in the Appartment.

I pay for Sky, TNT and Amazon Prime. Sky Q is being installed on Tuesday, as I've been on Sky+ for about 15 years (and bill reducing a bit)

Sure, it's frustrating paying multiple broadcasters. But, it is reliable, and I like features such as Live Pause, Record, etc.

I guess some people love going out every weekend, and spend £300 to £400 wining and dining. As I don't go out as much as I did in my uni days, and football, F1 and a bit of golf are a big part of my hobbies, about £100-£150 a month doesn't seem bad value. But, we all cut our cloth accordingly

You shouldn't have to pay for multiple companies tho. The anti monopoly laws made it cost the customers more! Now you have to have the lot just to get it

Could be the internet or could be the isp trying to block it..I find a VPN clears most issues

It’s not just people going out wining & dining.
The cost of living is crazy now, people have bills to pay & any extra moneys goes on doing something with the family.

It’s just the way of the world where someone will find anyway to get something cheaper , some pick and chose their morals

But people are being caught and people are going to jail for it

People are losing their rights to internet

You always have a choice - pay the price legally to watch something or miss out

Maybe we should go back to the days of just one live match a weekend on BBC or ITV and then if you want to watch the game spend over £1000 going to the matches

Precisely, all the scaremongering of jail gets bounded around , find me one viewer who's ever been sent to jail or even arrested for it? It's always those who distributed it. It's because they know they would criminalise a large amount of the population and also it's unenforceable

Morals seem to be forgotten when using a VPN to use sky go aboard which is also illegal

I’ve don’t know or have heard of anyone going to jail or losing their right to the internet for streaming illegally 😂😂😂

Do you believe in the bogie man? 😉

Have they tho? If you read them fully it's always someone who's been uploading

Same with torrents, the downloading was never gone after it was always the upload

Clickbait headlines

Devil is in the detail as always

Hey, I'm all for Sky having the lot. Or another broadcaster having the lot. If it means I only need to pay one company for all sport.

I guess they all set their prices based on what consumers, in general, are willing to pay. Make them crazily high, customers drop like a stone. They are probably inflated to a decent degree though. So many people have illegal TV. If a good chunk of those would buy legal subscriptions, then they could reduce their charges by a certain amount and still earn at least the same as they earn currently

Perhaps the advantage of VAR will be that it will kill interest in footy, broadcasters lose many customers, nobody willing to pay higher prices and so fees drop sharply to entice custom :)

Are you ok with theft ?

They are the ones running the streams.

You are a dream for the likes of sky,not only are you happy paying the extortion fees, you’re defending them 😂😂😂😂

Today marks the 100th anniversary of the changing of the offside rule, where the number of defenders needed between an attacking player and the goal was reduced, from 3 to 2.

For those who subscribe, there is an excellent article in the Athletic about the change and the man who caused it to happen...Bill McCracken of Newcastle United.

Proves my point entirely .. no viewer has ever been done. (Yet ofc) Sky are crooks just legal ones 🤣 but hey people love defending them. People's choice

Make it £50 a month (still £600 a year) for every game people would just pay it if half interested in football

People don't however want to pay to see Brentford Vs Ipswich when their team is playing at the same time but can't be shown apparently even tho the streams are leaving the stadium to be shown abroad

So Man City fans had a major fall out with the club over its ticket prices. Suffice to say, City have slashed its day ticket prices. Cat A games against the big clubs, Liverpool Arsenal etc Max £60. cat C games against the lesser teams Mansfield, Luton Utd, etc. max £50.

Agreed, but if only the top clubs with history can spend big money it’d be Liverpool & Man Utd getting the pick of the best players.
It doesn’t matter where the money comes from imo,it’s still buying success.
There’s been a narrative that Liverpool do things differently, even Klopp said it.
It’s 🐂 💩.
Well we have just beaten the PL transfer record held by Chelsea!

So recent history dosnt back that up imo.

Agreed most things in football is BS!😂
