Personally I thought that was a shocking decision from the ref. Did it hit his arm, yes. But the defender was playing the player not the ball.His hands were all over him. If it’s a hand ball, then it is a penalty before.
Again another rubbish decision and a rubbish game. From the German golden waistcoat.

Maybe a good example of just trying to play your best side all the time, even in friendlies. At least get your players trying to get familiar playing together and working on your tactics.

Only seen second half, but England were abysmal. Just a bunch of strangers cobbled together with no clue how to play as a team
