Man Utd have just gone 1-0 down to a fine Hong Kong team
Yeah, I'd actually say Bundesliga is the most similar to the Premier League these days in terms of standard and style of play, so it's usually a decent bet.
The one you want to avoid is Eredivisie usually.![]()
We either get very good or very very bad I guess. That’s prob got some mixed results
We have had some very good players from there
Is that not Hong Kong versus Man Utd?
Scott McTominay could be a good player to build a team around.Bruno has been the best player at Utd for a few years but that is a bid, if correct, that they can't turn down. Way over priced for someone his age, the money unlocks a rebuild. Sometimes you have a to sacrifice a player to build a team.
That is some level of spin. You gave away your right back for nothing, managed to scramble £8-9m by luck, a fraction of his market value, and paid £30m for his replacement. You are £20m+ down for someone who may or may not work in the PL.Frimpong signed
Getting him for £30mil is a bargain even more so when we get £10mil for Trent

He might be a good signing but describing this as a bargain is stretching it.
You could have sold him for a decent sum,but LET him run his contract downFrimpong for £30mil is a bargain
And we didn’t “give away” Trent - he didn’t sign a new contract and decided to leave and we have got £10mil for him to let him out of his last month of contract
I have said it before, but it fell on deaf ears because people could not relate. my son played for Notts County as an 11 yr old in goals. We were at a comp with other clubs. A coach was telling me he was a UEFA B coach.Which is a good standard. He was one of 800 in the country. France had just under 10,000. That was 24 years ago.So I'm in France at the mo, last night. There is an all weather pitch on site which the UK lads had full run off for the first four days. I joined in two days Nd rekindled my youth, and I might add scored the winner, last goal an all that, in almost total darkness on the first night. But, the French are now on it. Young lads. Omg the difference was immense. All in positions. All passed to feet. Most didn't have boots on, dunno why. England youth are so far behind the French youth it is scary. I only watched for about 10 minutes, and that was enough. Honestly lads, forget supporting England or any UK countries. Our training for the youth is light years behind Europe. Sure, it's a holiday snap shot, but I'm not often wrong and will willingly have a bet with anyone that England with win nowt in the next 20 years
