IT IS DREADFUL FOR FOOTBALL FANS.

Miles from the pitch, lack of an atmosphere and just pure rubbish.

But - costs them pocket change!

Great for Athletics, terrible for anything else...
Adama scored the winner for us in injury time when I went, hopefully he stayed behind for the 100 meters too.

@PJ87 will reply giving the fans perspective but the reason they have such a good deal is because the Olympic team made an absolute horlicks over it. It was going to become a white elephant after the games, with no tenant in it at all. It would hold a couple of athletics events each year, big whuppy doo. That would have cost the taxpayer major money. West Ham have got it on a great deal, it is a bad deal for the taxpayer but it could have been worse. If the atmosphere is rubbish, that is their punishment for getting a ground on the cheap 😝, and also it being one not actually designed for football.

If you want a proper football stadium, visit the Harry Hill / David Dickenson Stadium next season 😉

Don't forget to pay thanks to spuds aswell. We were all set to BUY the London stadium with a loan from Newham council but spuds (wanting permission for their stadium) suddenly said it wasn't fair and wanted it... That went away as soon as permission was granted and we had to change to a 99 year lease on a ridiculous deal...

Seb Coe doesn't help either he insists it needs to stay for athletics legacy...yep goes there all the time does the athletics. People caring about sentiment over business.

Anyways the fans hate it because the Dave's promised we would get champ league football by moving and unfortunately the fans don't like change and look at Upton park with rose tinted glasses that it was some kind of palace that didn't have any issues.

Whilst the walk to the station isn't amazing people forget how crap Upton park was with the massive queue for the district line or having to walk a mile or so to the next stop to avoid the queues. The OS has access to much more lines and ways to get home.

Things are what people make of it. Proof being when we had the European football the atmosphere was fine so it can be done..

You mean football clubs and agents leaking stuff to the press and controlling what the likes of Fab post and when.
Yes it’s all part of the game.

Look how it went with TAA he could play tonight .
Personally anyone who wants to leave shouldn’t be wearing the shirt.

It’s all about money ££££

Good game but we’re wide open in the midfield.

Three great goals.
The keeper was weak for your second, that shouldn't be going in.

You are looking like a team whose season is over. That intensity, understandably, isn't there. Brighton look lovely until the penalty area, at which point they go all Brighton 😄

Anyone watch Serie A last night?

Quite a crazy game in Milan where Inter drew 2-2 with Lazio, meanwhile Napoli ground out a 0-0 with Parma. The title race swung back and forth but it reminded me why Italian football is second rate.

The sheer amount of time wasting, diving, cheating and faking injuries is unbearable. The refs love the drama and you see red cards on the bench on a regular basis. It's just a backwards mess.

A shame as there's some very good players there. Napoli played for the draw and got very lucky with the late Lazio leveller. They take a 1 point lead into the final game.
