I have been to it for a couple of gigs and it was crap for them as well. So far away from the stage that the sound wasn't even in sync with the artist's movements. And if you're on the top tier and need to go get a drink or use the toilet, you have to walk down several flights of stairs to the ground floor for all that. Rubbish. Not to mention the convoluted march to and from the train station.

Yep, went to a gig there last year and my friends in their wisdom got us seats almost in the very last row. Stupid hike down all those stairs as there’s only one level of concourse and no exit for those sat further up. Terrible view and the sound was the worst I’ve ever “heard” at a gig.

It’s not really new news tbh we have been after him for a while now
Yes, but why do potential transfers always get reported heavily right before teams play City? Can't just be co-incidental.

Just in the last month, it's happened with MGW before we played them, then with Eze and Wharton before Palace played them and now with Bournemouth before they play them on Wednesday.

The one for Kerkez has been reported multiple times and is a solid link

Does anyone know what day PGMOL announce the referees/assistant referees for the next weekend's PL games?

Only asking because Forest have got a game which is possibly the most important and future-defining one we've had for a generation. And I just want to know how long I've got left to retain the bit of hope that I have, before finding out that they've appointed Anthony Taylor to be in charge for it.

Cheers (y)

😆 You can guarantee it'll be Taylor, Atwell or Rob Jones.

I get that, but why bring it up now, on the eve of a game, knowing it could potentially direct focus away from the job in hand.

just wait until sunday night when the season is over.

Yeah I get the point when it’s happened before with players that just have never been linked etc but this one is solid and it’s been going for a while now

Wonder if Bournemouth have a big game coming up any time soon?? timing of this news seems very coincidental.

Fabrizio is an absolute toxic stain on football.
The scumbag has been updating us on the Cunha situation for weeks, "progressing well", "terms agreed", must be making a fortune from agents.

It's Des Walker and Scott Gemill on VAR mate.

Some people say that football is just a game. However, the account of this listener, that starts at 2:10 in the video, proves that football is much much more important to many people. A pretty emotional description of his life as a Palace fan

@PJ87 can I ask you about your stadium?

Reason being is I was listening to a Forest podcast this morning and one of the guys on there went to the game yesterday. He jokingly referred to it as "The Taxpayer's Stadium".

What was the deal there? Far as I know you guys don't actually own it, but basically have full control of it, get to keep all ticket revenue etc and all for a minimal rental fee. Is that accurate....?

I mean it seems like a good deal, but from what I've heard your fans are less than thrilled with it. The Forest fan was saying it was nowhere near as good as Upton Park and the atmosphere was awful - to the point that you could hear Potter shouting instructions from where he was sat. You can argue that might be because of the performance at the time, but it's not the first time I've heard criticism of the stadium.

Never been myself and I never went to Upton either, but genuinely interested in Hammers fans views. Would you rather still be at Upton?

IT IS DREADFUL FOR FOOTBALL FANS.

Miles from the pitch, lack of an atmosphere and just pure rubbish.

But - costs them pocket change!

Great for Athletics, terrible for anything else...
