Nothing to do with a lack of winning something for me . I’ve been falling out of love with football for a few years now probably since the introduction of VAR and daft kick off times .I will still re-new next season but my love for premier lge football is waining thin .
A lot of our members are watchin non-league football. We have Ascot United next door and there is a concession for members on wentrance and food and drink and I have a lot who have been Kingstonian fans through some very dark days in recent years. I am beginning to think about going and watching local sides. I was heavily involved in Carshalton Athletic back in the day although that is too far to go to regularly but someone local where you can get a drink and watch the game seems a good and cheaper way of getting a footie fix

City have 2 homes games left , Wolves I’m in Porto and Bournemouth is Sunday at 7pm !!! We go on the train and on Sundays there’s 1 every hour from Piccadilly, if the train falls badly could be getting home 10-30/ 11pm . Not a chance for me . Fire stick it is

It was always a lottery in the good old days of watching Fulham away whn midweek games were all 7.30 and Saturdays were 3.00. Even back then it was nip and tuck if there were going to be delays or cancellations because of engineering work and often got back to Londaon after the tube closed.

My Son in Law is a Brighton fan and will not be renewing his season ticket for next season.
For different reasons.

He takes his two daughters, the eldest (she's 19) the other 17.
Hes been taking the eldest since she was about 6years old and is a very good footballer and loves going. The other one just goes for the fun and excitement.

My Son in Law and his 19 year old were at a recent match. He likes to leave just before the end to avoid the mad rush. He needed the loo before going so said to his daughter to wait near the exit. A Steward came up to her and asked what she was doing waiting there, she said waiting for her dad while he was in the toilet. He said to her in no uncertain terms, "Go back to your seat or eff off! Son in Law could see something was being said as he walked back. Asked his daughter what he said. So he walked up to the Steward and said," I bet you wouldn't have said that to me". Being the non confrontational guy that he is, just walked away.

Next day he sent an email to the club explaining what was said.
The reply came back, you have to prove it.

He didn't pursue it further but won't be renewing his season tickets.
For a club that prides itself on being "A community club" has been let down by one of its Stewards!

I should add that his 19year old is now at university so doesn't get to many games, so another reason not to renew.

Shame. I would be kicking up a stink and not letting it lie and going on social media. Poor that a club that prides itself on being a community club brushes it off. I'd also be saying he won't be renewing

Seeing a few posts on Twitter that after receiving his yellow card last night, Pep spat in the direction of one of the officials.

Not seen any footage of it, don't know if it's true.

But if it is, can we expect him to face a five match stadium ban for it? Same as our owner was given for exactly the same offence?

Or will he be allowed to do it 114 more times before anyone starts investigating it?
Think he spat at everyone in the stadium..
When will tv directors stop showing him if he persists.

That’s a disgrace.
No man should talk to a young female or male like that.

An interesting table to look at.

Bear in mind, City's success is still relatively recent and so they are not yet getting tourist fans. Maybe they will come in 10 years or so but until then, it's largely locals I suspect. You don't just create fans, not when you have been next door to one of the biggest clubs in the world for your existence.
There is deffo a lot of tourist fans going to City. Personally I don’t have. Problem with it. I went to Boston and watched the Red Sox and loved it. There is a lot of kids now wearing City shirts so I think there is a future core of new City fans for the future.
On a side note, about 10 years ago Missis T had a major row with a teenager in a pub at Wembley when he knocked her flying. He was an entitled tit and Missis T mentioned then he has joined a bandwagon.

No it will just take as long as the 115 charges to get a result.

No
Diving ,cheating ,screaming when tackled . VAR 🤡
I take my two grandsons £20 for three of us.
Seems a no brainer especially as Kingstonian are playing Ascot United on Saturday. Just a decision on who to support especially as Kingstonina now play a stones throw from my old house and a pitch I and club I know very well. Should rekindle some old memories if nothing else

I went to watch City in a pre season v Doncaster Dovers, am sure it was one of if not the first game that Sven was in charge. Anyway I bought a bottle drink before the game and within 30 seconds a woman steward snatched the bottle topped drink out of my hand and literally screamed “ where did you get that bottle from”. I pointed to the bar and said “ there”. With attitude She said “ which one served you”, and I will have them taken off the premises”. At that point my head went. I gave her a mouthful and told her she was pig ignorant.

I see this loads on twitter, people walking away from Prem football and watching their local club, for various reasons. I could never do it, if I'm not going to Wolves I'm not going anywhere. Plenty of things I can do without just choosing another club to watch.
