To be fair how many managers in the PL are prolific winners.
How many won things in their first few jobs.

I wasn’t being critical of Gerrard, more questioning the thought that he shouldn’t get another job because his last 2 haven’t gone very well.

Villa didn’t go well , said at the time that it wasn’t the best choice he made but it’s hard to turn down Prem Jobs

The Saudi Job - the club he was at is a mid/lower table club , so he has just kept them where they should be with the way that league is and he has made the choice to leave - guess it’s hard if you aren’t at one of the mega rich clubs there

If he does want to stay in management then suspect next will be a under the radar Champ club to build back up again

In your previous post you said “no idea what happens in Saudi”?
I believe their squad is in the top 5/6 most expensive so the owners probably expect more than mid/low in the league.
