I'm sure it would be the same if Forest decided they wanted to go to 50k. Clubs will pay their shares of the public works too but not all as the benefits stretch further than just football fans.

I believe our owner has plans to do just that. I've not heard of government money being involved in it though, but as you say it might be the case.

Local governments help out when it comes to infrastructure around - believe we had grants as well
It’s still going to cost United a couple billon to build a new stadium

A lot of people speculated that was down to his assistant Michael Beale. Although Beale has done just as poorly in management since then as well.
His Saudi team are in the bottom half, but their squad doesn't look as stacked as some of the other teams, so I've no idea what their expectations are.

No
But that doesn’t mean his career as a manager has been an “utter failure”
I know when it comes to football there needs to be one extreme or the other as opposed to somewhere in the middle
He did well at Rangers , didn’t do well at Villa and who knows in Saudi
Whilst that doesn’t mean he should be getting Prem Jobs etc that doesn’t mean he has been an utter failure as a manager
