I think it was more the Liverpool fans feeling more hard done by than other fansI do remember Liverpool fans saying how bad the PL refs are last season and we took a lot of stick for it.
A Taylor was and still is one of the worst.
But it amazes me that VAR just backs them up.

As a fan I’d rather hear him speak the truth, not come out with some of the flannel of his predecessor.
Amorim has inherited a truly dreadful squad, full of average, overpaid players. There’s no hiding away from it. There are a handful of players who have a future if United are ever to return to the top table. That’s the reality.
As a fan of fifty years, I agree with him.

I was talking to my lad earlier today about A Taylor. If your not aware, Google Anthony Taylor being confronted by Mourinho after last years final. Then Google A Taylor being subjected to abuse at Budapest airport by Roma fans. Came out of today with a few knocks thanks to Southampton’s “style” of play and Anthony Taylor being Anthony Taylor, but stay relatively healthy and I’m confident we have enough to get something from every game (though whether we will is another matter entirely

Turning the club around, given the mess it’s in, was never going to happen overnight.

There was a clip the other day of a mouse running around on Utds pitch during the game. It might be an idea to change the squirrel for a mouse. Seems more apt. Having said that, said mouse put more effort and yardage in that most of Utds starting 11.At least the Seagull won't go hungry having gorged on the Squirrel

He is a weak link imo but the effort just isn’t there in front of the back 3/5.

Think it is more lack of quality, and then a severe drop in confidence when it becomes clear the attacking players cannot create chances.
Against Liverpool, the main focus was on defence, which these players can do better if that is how they are set up. Also, it was the only game that our wing back was made to look like prime Gareth Bale, but that was only as he was up against a poor defensive opponent. All other games, wing backs have been non existent in attack
