I don't think he's having a go, and I cant see the fans falling out of love with him. He's just saying that as much as the players need to up their game to feed the fans, the fans must also help the playersOne for the Liverpool fans, especially the match goers @Stuart_C , Is Klopp worried about a prawn sandwich brigade in the stands. Seen an article saying that the crowd at the last two home matches was too quiet. He’s suggested that if “someone isn’t up for it, they should give their ticket away.”
Is it that the new Kop End includes a number of new fans who don’t react to the vibe the same way?
Should he really be having a go at the fans? Is that not better left to a retired past player instead of risking his relationship with the fans?
Perhaps he'd be happy if they fell out with him, as expressing it might actually force them to make a bit of noise at the gameOne for the Liverpool fans, especially the match goers @Stuart_C , Is Klopp worried about a prawn sandwich brigade in the stands. @Hobbit the new end is the Anfield Road End. A bit pedantic, unless you are a Liverpool fan, but saves Stu posting it![]()
It certainly would beEverton’s new ground coming along nicely. Could be the best in the Championship![]()

It certainly would be. Us going down might be the only way Boro get to play there

He's obviously heard mutterings behind him so he's threw it back on them to up their game. He's entitled to do so.
He knows how important the fans are to make the atmosphere and he wants a reaction after sundays result to probably the biggest home game of the season.
Sunday it started loud but filtered away in some parts of the ground. An angry boisterous ground can win you games.
New stand is the Anfield Road end above the away fans.
My mate was in there on sunday with his lad and he said the noise was loud.
I was in there on wednesday and it was a really good atmosphere lots of singing etc.
I think his words have been taken out of context and it’s more of a call to arms to make Anfield aggressive on Saturday. I see nothing wrong with that.
Absolutely.Media putting their spin on it to create controversy that isn’t there.
Absolutely.
This sort of things always happens, Gaurdiola called out the city atmosphere a while back, Ferguson has done it Mourinho too. Many more before them aswell.
These managers know what they're saying.
I'll guarantee you 1st question after the game from SkyTV will be about the atmosphere. Klopp and Liverpool create headlines. Just roll with it.
I know my role on Saturday, i'll have to start an hour earlier to make sure i'm on my toes as requested by the boss![]()
Only shuttle runs i do are to the bar!!Somehow I can’t picture you doing shuttle runs![]()
He was right to do so as well and he never got slated off the fans. From an old City fans point of view, when I was watching City when they were rammel, most of the noise was when you were giving City some stick. We never looked like winning owt. Obviously money changed that, and when I was a season ticket holder I will freely admit there was times I just sat there transfixed by some of the football being played. I never cheered shouted or anything.. There has been games When the atmosphere has been electric. Something I have never felt sat in a chair.Absolutely.

Very happy to see the list of clubs rejecting the super league continues to grow:
Man United
Man City
Chelsea
Celtic
Sevilla
valencia
Athletico Madrid
Real Sociedad
Villareal
Bayern
Dortmund
PSG
Monaco
Inter
AS Roma
Nor SpursNo sign of the big two, Barca & Real Madrid who also have the Spanish TV deal sown up in their favour. I wonder if there’s truth in the rumours that both have spent way beyond their means and need the super league.
