Said to lads at work today City wouldn’t get the win they needed, something about them this season just so inconsistent against teams like Forest.
When City went 2-1 up, they dropped the intensity and had no intention of looking for a third. I called it 5 mins before Forest deservedly equalised. Foden is looking like a poor man’s Grealish and should not be going to the World Cup as it stands.
As soon as it was 2-2 the Intensity went up again. A good game for the neutrals and a deserved point for Forest. They really are playing well for a relegation battle team. I can see Spurs being right in the middle of that relegation battle.
Gonna be a few restless people in Manchester tonight 🫣😂

Well deserved win, even wirh 10 men we were the better team and Man U only posed a threat in the last 15-20 minutes.

Great finish from a player who has struggled to influence games when he has played previously. Osula has a devastating left foot and pace to spare but needs to learn to operate at 85% sometimes. Even before scoring it looked like he was going to run the ball out of play in his eagerness to get forward quickly...the multiple step overs often confuse himself as much as the defenders...but tonight he got his reward for his perseverance.

Good game for us Toon fans and probably a decent watch for the neutrals.

Squirrels remain in hibernation.

I would say that being 1 point above the drop zone Spurs are already in the middle of a relegation battle and have been for a while.

Not Forest. If they go down he's sold because they have to. If they stay up he's sold to fund the summer sales, balance the books.

He's too valuable to stay, bizarrely
Correct.

Unfortunate we’ve wasted his talent with our absolute car crash of a season. But both him and MGW were superb tonight (as was the whole team to be fair)

Hope they can bring the same fight to the next 9 games; we might end up being ok (just)

Man Utd have the worst set of full backs I can ever remember, especially from an attacking perspective. In many ways it kills us, and it is games like that we get found out. Been poor for about 4 games. Zero width, no support for Cunha and Mbeumo, no crosses, no good.

Mainoo has talent, but he also has many games he becomes invisible. He has no authority or physicality, and I hope it is just inexperience. But he is also shockingly slow, he often seems to struggle to keep up with play.

Bringing Ugarte and Dalot on was just weird, when Amad was about the only exciting attacking player on bench. I shed a tear every time I see Dalot's face. When an opponent gets a red card, I worry about Utd. It's like the players down tools and assume the win is guaranteed.

Carrick needed a loss perhaps, to see how he can respond. Pity there is no weekend game. Villa coming next
