They had a similar system at the U17 World Cup...no VAR but each team/manager had two "video review cards" they coukd play.
Worked really well i thought. Id happily see VAR dumped for a similar system.

Barton as an individual is a horrible person but he was a good player. I know a few Newcastle season ticket holders who have a lot of respect for his time there. They all dislike him as a person, that's pretty universal.

From all that I've seen it's incredibly soft. Gueye had a shocker after the card but a yellow was enough for the actual incident.
Are United playing touch football? No tackling allowed? That was way too easy.
