This is potentially massive for Palace. And not in a good way.

It could benefit Forest if Palace can’t find a way through this - but I wouldn’t be happy about it. Palace deserve it, as do their fans.

A massive issue with multi club ownerships

Surely the place goes to the previous season's losing finalists.

Spain tearing Frances defence apart.

2 goals in 3 minutes in the first half and two more in two minutes in the second.

Now France have a penalty but can't see them making a comeback.

Game gets interesting.

Was 4-0 and 5-1 to Spain but France have just scored twice. 6 mins to go...can they get the 2 goals to send the game into extra time.

Unless he is factoring in the players going to balance but the losses at the club have been announced

The likes of Rashford , Garnacho etc will be pure profit

Telling the fans that cuts need to be made across the club and ticket prices had to be raised etc because of PSR and then there is no PSR issue ?

Man Utd one season just getting past PSR because of allowances and then being fine for spend £150mil ? Seems very strange

Looking at another report it seems that a big loss from 3 years ago drops off the figures (around £130mil ) which gives some head room
Being at risk of PSR doesn't mean a club cannot spend a penny.

What's £150 million these days, for a wealthy club that apparently needs a complete new squad? Liverpool are almost spending that on one player

The club clearly needs to make cuts in many areas of the business, as it was run so inefficiently before. Sadly, as soon as Utd dipped into the transfer market, many were just going to use redundancies as a stick to hit Utd with.

A very good one in a 3-4-2-1 formation.
This season he has 39 goals and 8 assists in 33 games. A smidgeon better than Rasmus!

Bit harsh to compare against a 22 year old

When Gyokeres was the same age he was being loaned out to the championship - he is 27 now

From the videos he looks a very good finishing , powerful , not sure about pace but one that will finish chances as opposed to be creating them

Stats in Portugal are good but there have been many with a goal a game record etcs that have moved on and got nowhere near , even Nunez in his last season got 26 in 28. In the championship it was 17 in 45 and 21 in 46

Stock went through the roof after the hat trick against City in the CL

Thought he was the sort of striker Arsenal would want but they seem to prefer the younger Sesko -it is a player the manager likes and worked with so it’s going to be interesting to see how he goes if he is signed

Yeah, you're right again, he's absolute crap.

He also had a reasonable record in the Championship earlier on in his career which does point towards him standing more of a chance in the Prem rather than having had no experience of English footie.

It's so hard to judge a player like this. Good in the Championship, and in Portugal, but good enough for the step up to the Premier League? Who knows.

I looked at his international record - 15 in 26 is undeniably good. But it turns out 10 of the 15 were against Azerbaijan or Estonia! So we still don't know! šŸ˜‚

Its pretty simple - sign him to Brighton and he will be insane and sold within 12 months for 100m+

Sign him to United and he's a bust

It is very hard to judge when players come into the prem from other leagues

There have been lots of successful players but then a heck of a lot more than have just found the Prem not right

He has scored a lot of goals , looks a machine , but against the other top two sides in Portugal in the 6 games he scored 1

Haaland was scoring for fun when he came over form Germany but he was 21.

But then we got Salah at 25 after he struggled early years

For a CF imo to do well in the Prem outside the obvious finishing ability they need to either have pace or be physically strong to get stuck in

Can only judge by the videos as only seen highlights of the game against City - but he does look a good striker
