Buzzing at the result but we still went a whole half without scoring against 10 men. Their tactics changed I know , and yes , I’m the harbinger of doom but there’s still work to be done.

It’s not over, that’s for sure. It’s only a couple of weeks since Lyon scored four at OT and, if Bilbao get an early goal, there is potential for it to be a very uncomfortable evening.

As much as I wanted Utd to score more goals in second half, it isn't beyond Utd players getting over excited and conceding a goal or two themselves by being careless.

So, I'm happy enough that they stayed professional and didn't take any unnecessary risks. My main moans in second half were when players like Garnacho tried to run with ball and got tackled, when there was such as easy ball to play that could have advanced the attack.

On a side note, good to see Amad back.

Two fantastic results. Athletico were victims of their own downfall after their early dominance and you could argue United should have gone on to try and kill the tie completely but if this is a glimpse of whats to come it could be an exciting time especially if Amorin gets rid of those he doesn't want and gets the ones he does. The usual United knockers were very quiet.

Solid from Spurs and atwo goal leaf should be enough but Bodo have beaten a lot of good sides and ir won't be easy especially if Ange's side go all "Spursy"

Good win for Chelsea and can't see any issues for them.

An all English final and Chelsea in the Conference final and Arsenal still have their own outside (ok remote) chance to get to the CL so a pretty dominant English performance this season

Question remains will spurs sack ange before the final, after or during

I got laughed at back in January when I predicted Forest would drop off 🤭
We were bound to lose some games, and never thought we'd cruise our way to the end of the season in 3rd - too many good teams in the league and we are/were definitely over achieving given where we were last season vs. this season with only a handful of additions in the summer.

We're still level on points with Chelsea and Chelsea, Villa and Newcastle all have fixtures against each other, and we have some (on paper) fixtures we can get points from so we're not done yet.

Last night was just about the worst I've seen us play all season and makes it worse because it would have been a massive boost towards guaranteeing top 5 with 4 to play, but as such, we'll have to try and do it the hard way, such is the standard MO for Forest 😆 ....so we'll find out over the next 3 weeks if this team has it or doesn't.

Will take Europa League as a consolation though....seems easy enough to win, given Spurs and United will be in the final this season ;)

Back in January I said Forest could win the league. Who's laughing now.............oh, right..........

To be fair, I think they have done remarkably well to stay where they have for so long. I think many thought they would drop like a stone but they haven't done that. They are limping over the line, hopefully they have enough in the tank still.

Forest definitly have the better set of fixtures but look to have run out of steam. Some huge games coming up but it would be good if they can nick a CL place!

I wonder if having that CL carrot has blinkered Forest fans. I am sure if you offered European footie next season especially Europa they'd have taken it before a ball was kicked
