No real complaints at half time. We been second best to everything until the goal and then came into it more.
Not good enough but that's no disrespect to villa they been very good
My only complaint is we will continue in this vein until it's realised Antonio is 33. Any danger he has left is best in short spells (that's being kind) play kudus up front. He would be stretching this defence and making it a more open game

Sorry but whilst the pen is a clear foul if they don't pull it back for a clear shirt pull when paquata is playing that stupid pass then games ridiculous..

Villa are playing excellent however we also don't seem to be getting going. I think just villa now allowing us to get our game plan together
Still don't get how you can pull someone's shirt and var not rule it out . It's in the laws . But there u go

However var should review it . Then send a few players off for faking head injuries .. that will stamp it out within a month
What a finish from Watkins aswell, fantastic player. Gutted we didn't go for him when he was available.

Nor does time wasting. They might still add it on at end to be fair, but not noticed the frequency of yellow cards we were seeing in 1st few weeks of season, and I'm not sure it's because players have stopped time wasting.

Didn't matter in the end , villa were excellent
Can't help but feel if at half time we show a bit of guts and take Antonio off for kudus .. we actually could have come away with something ..
There was a time after Bowen's goal where we were looking likely for a second but antonio isn't an output anymore
However Watkins. What a player. That goal was special and timing was everything as it stopped all hope of coming back into the game

Just further examples of our poor officials in the "best" league in the world. They let it down tbh
Last time out against Newcastle emerson correctly booked for waving an imaginary card ..
When almaron did the same later on.. nothing
It's laughable how bad they officials truly are

Yes but shirt pulling is a very obvious foul everyone can see it.
Then there is a shocking VAR call and the likes of Mike Dean telling us what the laws of the game are!
Then refs just ignoring them especially in the run up to a goal.

On Zaniolo and his head knock. Just make it like rugby…all head knocks the player has to go off for a ten minute concussion check…a temp replacement comes on. But he returns after ten if all ok. Managers, rest of team and supporters aren’t going to like that sort of disruption.Don't worry I won't be demanding a replay

Sometimes but not always it is in the penalty box…not all the time but typically see Cooper for Scotland against France recently, pulling Giroud’s shirt. VAR gives a pen.
