While I agree, I think Klopp Is safe, conceding first in 21 of your last 35 games in addition to the frankly abysmal way we’ve played all season I don’t think it would be panicking. We are awful. the performance at Brighton today was woeful, the players didnt look like they knew what they were doing. The midfield, which was running riot last season at times, was non-existent yet again.

He’s got a hell of a lot to sort out. And had half the team in training during the World Cup, we’ve had a few games since and nothing is changing.

Yep it was poor , just like the Brentford game

Energy levels are non existent, huge gaps in the middle and players like statues

It’s all too slow on and off the ball

There is no spark at the moment - everyone is flat

It’s the same as it was 2 seasons ago when we lost 5 in a row.

Need to get the likes of Jota , Diaz and Bobby back - even Nunez who provides a threat high

That midfield is a bit of a joke tbh.
And for some reason Klipperty decided to buy another attacker rather than sort it out ?‍♂️?‍♂️

Watching the Liverpool game and the ball is played forward to TAA who is offside. Deflection off a Brighton player and the ball is going for a throw in so TAA jogs after it and gets no closer than 5 yards but is given offside ??‍♂️
This is purely down to VAR .
some shocking decisions lately.
The rule was amended because they had the ability to review the replays.
If there were no replays then the flag goes up Straight away.
so saying it’s the rule not VAR is wrong imo.
just like the FA cup and lower leagues.

Havnt seen any footy today except Edderson coming and missing Rashford why didn’t he just hit it with his left foot before the defenders got back.
the resulting breakaway proved Foden can not head a ball to save his life.
MOTD will be good.

was only a matter of time before Liverpool got a tonking .
we have been very poor lately .

How is Toney still playing football and not serving a lengthy ban?

Don’t think he has had his hearing yet - just been charged so think still allowed to play which seems strange as it’s about match betting

Didn't see the match as thankfully don't have BT Sport. Struggle to get too excited about football full stop these days - VAR plus the diving/cheating/time wasting etc finally turned me off. I am fed up of City not winning when the stats look pretty much like this. Possession for possession's sake clearly not working and Pep needs to get the team to at least create more chances...

Possession:
Home 29% Away 71%

Shots:
Home 8 Away 5

Shots on Target:
Home 4 Away 1

Midweek even worse!

Possession:
Home 28% Away 72%

Shots:
Home 12 Away 7

Shots on Target:
Home 4 Away 0

2 points covers 7 sides at the bottom now, and Forest arent one of them
Damn skippy! First half was nervy today but we played superb in the second half and are really starting to click. Even with 4-5 starters missing (and not really much depth until we finish this window). Our second goal was probably one of the best I’ve seen us score in ages.

Henderson went down at the end which was concerning but hopefully nothing too bad.

I’ll genuinely be shocked if we go down given our current trajectory.

EFL next year?
Do you think Frank will quit or be sacked tonight?
I don't remember any manager resigning recently. No pay off, an admission of failure. I'm sure he believes he can turn it around.

I'll be surprised if he survives this evening. Today was huge and to lose is a big blow. It's been building but a win could have released the pressure.

We desperately need a striker. Do you let Frank buy one, knowing he might go in a week or two, or do you give the new guy the two weeks of the window and half the season to rescue things? 3 points separate 7 teams but our trajectory is woeful, dare they let it continue? Add in the disgusting threats to the board, they may feel the need to act (even though the fans are not attacking Frank)

If he doesn't go before the next game then he may as well get the whole season, whatever happens. They either have faith in their appointment or not.

Dw you got us next. We couldn't even score against wolves
Last game on motd already guaranteed ?. 2 teams barely capable of scoring. Should either team bother with too many defenders? ?
