You asked a question - having watched some of it (that was saturated with marketing speak) earlier today, and as this is a discussion forum, I replied with my opinion. Seems like an odd thing for you to get worked up about.

Feel like a bit of a W ️ for admitting this but I am going to stay up just to see what all the fuss is about tonight.

Have a couple of side bets with some pals to keep me interested but not a clue what to expect with that.

I guess the LIV fans are going at it because it’s linked to Woods and Rory and both have very anti LIV

It’s something completely different and a couple weeks old

Guess it gives the LIV fans something to talk about whilst their own tour is fast asleep at the moment and the level of “recruits” is near bottom of the barrel

I don’t watch LIV and I don’t watch PGA Tour golf, but I listened to the most recent episode of NLU and they were bemoaning the pace of play in PGA Tour events….

Not for the first time..but apparently the latest PGA Tour event had a particularly egregious pace of play. At least an objective and fair-minded thinker (so, not at all expecting this from you Arthur/Phil) can see one positive of LIV Golf is the quicker rounds and the much fast pace of play

Like I said. So many people are out of touch with the world outside of what is reported on one news channel or their golf WhatsApp group.

A lot of F1 and other professional drivers compete in iRacing. Lewis plays a lot of GT.

Footballers play FIFA or whatever it’s called these days.

Never realised Horschel was a bit of a character... Was actually some good craic.. Hey we all know it ain't 'real' golf but it ain't doing any harm..

I've always seen Horschel as a colourful, energetic character.

As with all sports - some have a bit of character to them , and of course some don’t

Horschel’s stock has risen for having a bit of bantz. JT came across well.

Cantley should work in I.T and just stick to sitting behind his desk.

Honestly never really watched too many professional golfers. I like Bryson for what he does but this was a good chance for me to see what some of them were like in a relaxed tone.

The pace & setting really suited my attention span. Seemed pretty fast moving and with some tweaks I’d say it will hang around for a while, kind of like a bad smell.

If that’s the case, TGL has lost significant credibility as a sports and sports betting platform. Using a simulator opens the result up to being questionable - but if players are being asked to throw winning positions for the sake of entertainment, then it’s toast in the sporting sense.

I haven't seen it either but I am guessing it may have been tongue in cheek because they didn't win by loads?
